Health and Safety plays a key role in the decisions made prior to commencement on site and during the construction process. We have a clear Health & Safety Policy which consists of Risk Assessments, COSH Assessments, Construction Phase all Risk Analysis and due diligence survey.

Today Monton Estates are growing, adapting and developing more than ever before and in January 2010 moved to new office premises in Clotton, Tarporley.
