Restoration and extension of a circa 1910’s large property with some unique features, the project included extending of existing house with a 4000 square foot extension with a basement gymnasium, part of the project included a full fit-out of the extension and existing house, which included installing of new electrical 3 phase power supply, heating system, air conditioning, bathrooms, kitchens, bespoke joinery and decoration. All joinery products had to made to match the existing profiles which included, skirting boards, architraves, glazed atriums, cupboards and doors.
