The project was a conversion of an existing derelict barn into 2 high quality contemporary properties. This included a full refurbishment of the fabric of the building, a full demolition and rebuilding of key outbuildings and the provision of a separate garage block within the grounds.

The conversion included all necessary high quality finishes, fixtures and fittings, such as bi-spoke joinery and a German designed glass/oak staircases.
